Mango Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
Pureed fresh mangoes (3c about 750ml), unflavored gelatin (2 envelope), ice cubes (8), 2 percent evaporated milk (1c about 250ml), hot water (1c about 250ml), sugar (3/4c about 175ml), lime wedges (optional), fresh mango slices (for garnish).

Method Of Preparation:-
Take hot water; add sugar and gelatin in it. Mix it until sugar gets dissolve d and it becomes smooth. Take a large bowl, mix evaporated milk, mango puree and ice cubes in it and then adds gelatin mixture into the mango mixture and mixes it until the sugar gets melted. Now pour this mixture into the mould and keep it to chill for about 3 hours in the refrigerator. Before serving, dip the jelly mould in hot water and take out the pudding on a serving plate. Squeeze some lime juice in it and decorate it with mango slices and then serve it.
