Mexican Wedding Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
1. Flour (1 1/2c)
2. powdered sugar (1c)
3. chopped nuts (1 1/2c)
4. butter (1 ½ sticks)
5. cream cheese (4ounces)
6. cool whip (3c)
7. French vanilla Pudding mix (2small)

Method of preparation:-

First heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

First Layer:-
Take a pan, melt the butter in it and add flour and nuts in it.Mix them well and then press the mixture in the pan. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 20 minutes. Take out the pan and keep it to cool for 1 hour.

Second Layer:-
Take a bowl, mix powdered sugar and cream cheese and then add the cool whip of 1 ½ cup. Now spread this mixture over the first layer in the pan.

Third Layer:-

Take another bowl, make pudding mix of 2 packages and then pour this over the second layer.

Fourth Layer:-
Pour the remaining cool whip on the top and then sprinkle the nuts over it.
