Spanish peanuts (1 1/2c), vanilla ice-cream (1/2gal.), melted butter (1stick), Oreo’s, crushed (1pkg. about 16 oz).
For Topping:- Milk chocolate chips (1/2c), chocolate chips (1/3c), powdered sugar (2c), evaporated milk (1can), butter (1stick).
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a bowl, add crushed Oreo’s in it and then mix with melted butter. Take a pan of 13*9 inch, place the crushed Oreo’s in it and then press them to the bottom of the pan. Then spread the ½ gallon of softened vanilla ice cream over the crushed Oreo’s. Lightly dust the Spanish peanuts over the ice-cream. Place the pan in the freezer. Take a pot, place all the Ingredients of topping in it and mix them. Keep this mixture to boil for about 8 minutes by stirring it irregularly. Now take off the pan from heat and keep the mixture to cool completely and then spread it over the ice cream. Keep this dessert frozen until it is ready to serve.
