Pears With Raspberry Sauce Recipe

1. Pears (6)
2. granulated sugar or maple sugar (1/4c)
3. water (1/4c)
4. pint raspberries, reserve 18 raspberries (1pint)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a small saucepan, add water and then mix sugar and raspberries in it. Heat this mixture until it gets boil. Then take off the pan from heat. Keep it to cool for about 10 minutes.
2. Now take a net sieve to sieve the raspberry mixture, pour the mixture in it and press it with wooden spoon to remove the seeds. Take fresh pears, peel them and then cut them in quarters.
3. Take serving plate, place the cut pears on it and then spread the raspberry sauce over the pears with a spoon. Then decorate the plate with reserved raspberries. Now the dessert is ready to serve.
