1. Blueberries (2 2/3c)
2. raspberries (2 2/3c)
3. apricot, peeled (4)
4. nectarines, peeled (4)
5. peaches, peeled (4)
6. vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped (1)
7. sugar (1c about 220gms)
8. water (2c about 500ml)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a saucepan of medium heat, place it over medium heat. Add sugar, water, vanilla bean and seeds in the bowl. Cook the mixture by stirring until the sugar gets dissolve. Then reduce the heat to low and keep it to simmer until the mixture gets reduced to half.
2. Take a large bowl; place the peeled fruits in it. Pour the hot syrup over the peeled fruits and keep it to cool. Mix the blueberries and raspberries through the stone fruit and then place in serving bowls. Take out vanilla bean and pour over the syrup with spoon.
