Spanish Cinnamon Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
1. Flour (1 1/2c)
2. cinnamon (1 1/2tsp)
3. salt (1/4tsp)
4. soda (1/2tsp)
5. baking powder (1 1/2tsp)
6. buttermilk (1c)
7. melted butter (5tbsp)
8. egg (1)
9. sugar (1/2c)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, sieve flour, soda, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon in it. Mix all these ingredients properly and keep the bowl aside.

2. Take separate bowl, add egg, buttermilk and melted butter in it and then beat the ingredients properly. Now take the bowl of flour mixture, make a well in it and then pour the egg mixture in it. Blend both the mixture lightly.

3. Take muffin tins, grease them and then put the mixture with spoon into the muffins. Place the muffin tins in oven and bake them for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.

4. When the cinnamon muffin gets bakes then take out the tins from the oven and keep them to cool. Remove the tins and then keep the muffins to cool completely. Now the muffins are ready to serve.
