Spanish Coffee and Fudge Sundaes Recipe

Ingredients
Dark roast coffee beans (2tbsp), coffee ice cream (2tbsp), prepared hot fudge sauce (1c), coffee ice- cream (1pint), pound cake slices or brownies (4), salted Spanish peanuts (1/2c), strong coffee (1/4c).

Method Of Preparation:-
Take dessert bowls, line with pound cake or brownie squares. Keep coffee ice-cream out to set it. Take a pan, place it over low heat. Heat hot fudge sauce in it or heat the sauce in the microwave. Take a heavy duty plastic storage bag, place the dark- roast coffee beans in it and then crush the beans with heavy mallet or take a coffee grinder, place the coffee beans in it and grind them coarsely. Then add the beans and ΒΌ cup of strong coffee to the sauce. Now place a scoop of coffee ice- cream on pound cake or brownies in dessert bowls. Then put coffee fudge sauce and salted peanuts on the top and serve it.

Makes about 4 Sundaes
