Spanish Fried Banana Pastries Recipe

2. bananas (4 to 5)
3. olive oil (1/3c for frying)
4. powdered sugar or granulated sugar (for dusting)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. First place the dough in the refrigerator for some hours to chill. Then take out the dough from the refrigerator few minutes before using. Then roll the dough on lightly floured surface about 1/8 inches thin.
2. Take bananas, peel them and cut them lengthwise about ¼ inches thick. Then cut the slices in half and then roll each slice in the dough. Press the edges of dough to seal or to close the ends. Then put in hot olive oil to fry until they get brown from all sides.
3. Drain the banana pastries from oil and place on absorbent paper to remove the excess oil. While frying, the pastry gets flaky and the bananas melt into creamy filling. Dust the powdered sugar over the pastries and then serve them.
