Spanish Honey Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
Milk (1 1/2c), white country bread torn into 1 inch square with crust (6slices), unsalted butter (1/4c), lightly beaten eggs (2large), vanilla (1/4tsp), hot water (1/2 c+1tbsp), clear thin honey (1/2+1tbsp), ground cinnamon (1/4rsp).

Method Of Preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a pie dish of 9-inch, grease it lightly with butter. Take a bowl, beat eggs and milk in it and then add the bread pieces in it and turn the pieces to coat them lightly. Keep the bread to soak for about 15 to 20 minutes. Turn over the sides of bread pieces once or twice while soaking. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat the rest of the butter in it. Put the soaked pieces of bread in the pan and fry them for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until they get golden color. Place the fried bread on a baking dish. Take a bowl, add hot water in it and then mix honey in hot water by stirring it until it gets blended. Then mix vanilla and cinnamon in it. Now sprinkle this mixture over and around the bread in baking dish. Place the dish in oven and bake it at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes until it gets golden brown color.
