Strawberry Bruschetta and Chocolate Sprinkles Recipe

Ingredients
1. Good quality semi-sweet or milk chocolate candy bar grated finely (1 ½ ounce)
2. unsalted butter (5 to 6 tbsp)
3. rustic white Italian bread, crust removed (6slices about 1-inch thick)
4. sugar (1/4c)
5. orange liqueur or orange juice (4tbsp)
6. strawberries, rinsed patted dry and coarsely chopped (6c)

Method of preparation:-

1. First heat the oven to broil. Take a large mixing bowl, mix strawberries, sugar and orange juice in it. Mix it well to coat. Then keep the bowl aside.

2. Take a baking sheet, remove the bread crust and place it in sheet. Place the sheet in oven and broil the bread for about 2 minutes each side until it get golden brown then turn the side and brown it.

3. Take out the bread from oven and spread butter over it. Take strawberry mixture, mix it again and place strawberries on bread toast. Then dust 4 tablespoon of sugar over the strawberries.

4. Place it again in oven and broil it for about 2 minutes until the sugar starts to caramelize. Take it out from oven, dust grated chocolate on the top and serve it.
