Sweet Cream Cake Recipe

1. Sifted all purpose flour (1 2/3c)
2. sugar (1c)
3. eggs (2)
4. vanilla (1tsp)
5. heavy cream (1c about 35% butterfat)
6. salt (3/4tsp)
7. baking powder (2 ½)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, sieve all the dry ingredients in it and mix them properly.
2. Take another bowl, beat eggs in it until they get thick and change to lemon color. Gently beat sugar in it. Mix the sieved dry ingredients into the beaten eggs with cream and vanilla. Then beat both the mixtures properly.
3. Take 2 round cake pans of 8-inch. Spread the batter in these greased pans. Place the pans in oven and bake them for about 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees F until the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
