Whipping Cream Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (2 5/8c)
2. cornstarch (6tbsp)
3. eggs (7)
4. butter (1c)
5. white sugar (2 1/2c)
6. vanilla extract (2tbsp)
7. heavy whipping cream (1c)

Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees f or 175 degrees C. Take a tube pan of 9-inch, grease and flour it and then keep it aside.

2. Take a bowl, beat butter and sugar in it until the mixture becomes light. Then add 7 eggs in it one by one. Beat it well after the addition of each egg.

3. Take another bowl, mix flour and cornstarch in it. Add half of this mixture into the egg mixture. Add ½ cup of whipping cream in it and beat it and then add rest of the flour mixture in it. Then beat vanilla and ½ cup of more whipping cream in it.

4. Now pour this mixture into the greased tube pan. Place the pan in oven and bake it at 350 degrees f for about 60 to 75 minutes. Take out the pan from oven and keep it to cool on wire rack. When it gets cool then serve it in serving plate.
