White Chocolate Mousse Recipe

1. White chocolate (150 gms)
2. white rum (2tbsp)
3. grated rind of 1/2 orange
4. cream (250 gms)
5. sugar (2tsp)
6. egg (1)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take white chocolate, chop it into small pieces. Take a glass bowl, put chocolate pieces in it with cream, rum and grated rind of half an orange.
2. Take a pan of boiling water, place the glass bowl over it and heat it for about 3 minutes by stirring regularly. Take off the bowl from heat and place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Then take out the bowl of mixture from the refrigerator and beat the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy.
3. Take egg, break it and separate the egg. Beat egg white until it gets stiff and then add it into the sugar and juice of a lemon. Then mix everything and place it in the refrigerator to chill before serving it. Now the chocolate Sundae Ice cream dessert is ready to serve.
