Basa in Ginger Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
5 basa steaks, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Cornstarch, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1 lemon,
1 inch root ginger, grated, 500 ml milk, ½ tsp sugar , Chili sauce, Soy sauce.
Directions:
Clean the basa steaks. Brush with cooking oil and grill the steaks. Take some oil in a pan and stir fry the onions and ginger till golden brown. Boil the milk and add corn flour stirring continuously to make it thick. To this add fried onions, ginger and the other ingredients stir thoroughly and pour over the grilled steaks.
