Boston Fish Soup Recipe

1. Fish fillets, fresh or frozen (2lbs)
2. bacon slices (4)
3. half and half or evaporated can milk (1c)
4. milk (1c)
5. cream of potatoes soup (2cans)
6. tomato wedges (1can)
7. diced parsley (1tbsp)
8. thyme (1/2tsp)
9. rosemary (1/2tsp)
10. salt (1tsp)
11. frozen mixed vegetables (2pkgs)
12. onions (4med.)
Method of preparation:-
1. Fry bacon in the pan until get crispy. Take out them from the pan and reserve them. Now add onion and frozen vegetables, salt and seasoning to the bacon dripping.
2. Cover the pan and keep it to simmer for about 10 minutes. Now add the fish in it and again simmer it for about 10 minutes. Break up the fish with spoon. Add tomatoes wedges.
3. Now mix milk and cream of potatoes soup in a bowl. Mix this to the fish mixture. Heat it lightly and then add crumbled bacons before serving.
