California Style Fish In Dipped Tortillas Recipe

Ingredients
Warmed flour tortillas (12), Ahi tuna fillets (2pounds), chopped Napa cabbage (1small), fresh lime juice (1/4c), soy sauce (1/2c), chopped jalapeno (2large), pasilla sauce.

Method Of Preparation:-
Take fish and then cut into bite size pieces. Take a large bowl, Mix soy sauce, lime juice and peppers in it. Add fish pieces, coat them and keep them to marinate for 20 minutes. Take a frying pan, add olive oil in it. Heat the oil and then add fish in it and fry for 3 minutes from all sides. Take out the fish and keep it warm. Add more oil to the pan, fry cabbage in it for 2 minutes. Before serving, dip tortillas in pasilla sauce. Heat in the frying pan or oven. Now assemble them and then fold and serve.
