Cedar Plank Cod Fish Recipe

Ingredients
1. Cod fillets (2 about 5 ounce)
2. melted butter (2tbsp)
3. honey (1tbsp)
4. salt (1/8tsp)
5. garlic salt (1/4tsp)
6. dried parsley (1/4tsp)
7. dried rosemary (1tsp)
8. untreated cedar plank (1 about 12 inch)
9. olive oil (1tsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. First take cedar plank; immerse it in water for about 3 hours. Take another bowl of small size, add parsley, rosemary, salt and garlic salt in it and mix them properly.

2. Mix honey and melted butter together in a bowl. Brush this mixture to the cod fillets and then dust the herb mixture on the top of fillets.

3. Now place the seasoned fish in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile heat the grill. Now drain cedar plank and brush one side of it with olive oil.

4. Place fish in the center of the oiled plank. Now place the plank with fish on the grate of the hot grill and then cook it for about 20 to 30 minutes on the medium low heat. When the fish gets cooked and get flake easily with fork then remove it from the grill and serve it hot.
