Codfish with Pickles and Tomatoes Recipe

1. 1.5 kg codfish
2. 3medium dill pickles
3. 2 medium onions
4. 6 tomatoes
5. 1 tbsp vinegar
6. 1cup butter
7. Pepper to taste
8. Salt to taste
Directions
1. Clean the codfish and cut it into 2 pieces. Take a medium sized baking dish and place the cod fish in it. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them in the dish around the cod.
2. Take a bowl put chopped onions, pickles, butter and vinegar in it and mix them well. Pout this over the cod. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
