Spanish Baked Fish Recipe

A Spanish dish made with perch, onions and tomato sauce.

Ingredients:
1 pound perch fillets, 2 medium onions, sliced , 1/8 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried oregano flakes , 1 cup tomato sauce.

Directions:
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 350°F. Take a suitable ungreased baking pan place the fish in this pan. To prepare the seasoning mix well paprika, garlic, onion powder, pepper, oregano. Add lemon juice to the above mixture. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over fish. Bake the fish in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. When ready the fish fakes easily with a fork. Serve hot.
