Spanish Cod Fish Recipe

1. Cod fish fillets (6 about4 ounce)
2. butter (1tbsp)
3. tomato sauce (1c)
4. paprika (1dash)
5. cayenne pepper (1dash)
6. black pepper (1dash)
7. deli marinated Italian vegetable salad, drained and coarsely chopped (1/4c)
8. chopped green olives (1/2c)
9. halved cherry tomatoes (15)
10. chopped fresh garlic (2tbsp)
11. finely chopped onion (1/4c)
12. olive oil (1tbsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a large frying pan, place it over standard heat and then heat olive oil and butter in the pan. Add garlic and onions in it and cook them by stirring until the onions become soft. Then add cherry tomatoes and tomato sauce in it and keep the mixture to simmer.
2. Now mix Italian vegetable salad, butter and green olives in it and sprinkle paprika, cayenne pepper and black pepper in it. Mix all the ingredients and then add cod fish in the pan.
3. Cook fish fillets for about 5 to 8 minutes over standard heat until the fish gets easily flake with fork. Then take off the pan from heat and serve it hot.
