Egg And Kheema Recipe

1. Eggs (6-8)
2. chopped onions (2)
3. chopped tomato (1)
4. Kheema (1kg)
5. garlic (3cloves)
6. ginger (1inch)
7. chili powder (1tsp)
8. turmeric (1tsp)
9. salt (to taste)
10. coriander powder (1tsp)
11. ghee or butter (2tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take garlic and ginger and cut then into small pieces. Take a pan, heat ghee in it. Fry the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste in the oil until they get the golden color.
2. Add kheema, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric and salt in the pan. Cook it until the water disappears. Then add the chopped tomatoes.
3. Take a bowl, break eggs in it and then add to the kheema. See that the egg forms a layer above the kheema. Cook it until the eggs gets boiled. Now it is ready to serve. Serve it with rotis.
