Egg Halwa Recipe

1. Eggs (4)
2. ghee (3tbsp)
3. cashew nuts (2tbsp)
4. cloves (5)
5. green cardamom (5)
6. raisins (2tbsp)
7. sugar (7tbsp or more)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a pan, place it over flame. Heat ghee in it. Add cardamom, cloves, cashew nuts and raisins in it. Saute them in the hot ghee until the cashew nuts becomes little brown in color.
2. Take a bowl, break 4 eggs in it and then beat them well in the bowl. Add the beaten eggs in the pan and then stir them immediately. Now add sugar in the egg in pan and again stir it for about 5 minutes.
3. When the mixture gets thicken then the egg halwa is ready. Take a serving dish, put the egg halwa in it and garnish it with chopped dry fruits. Serve it hot in the serving dish.
