Egg Korma Recipe

Ingredients
1. Eggs (6)
2. milk (1/4c)
3. ghee or butter (3tbsp)
4. grated coconut (1c)
5. cloves (6)
6. turmeric powder (1/2tsp)
7. salt (to taste)
8. small ginger piece
9. cardamom (2)
10. cinnamon (1stick)
11. coriander powder (3tbsp)
12. green chilies (8)
13. cashew nuts (2tbsp)
14. chopped into big pieces, onions (6)

Method of preparation:-
1. Make the paste of green chilies, coriander powder, grated coconut, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and turmeric by blending them in a blender.

2. Separate the egg yolk from the eggs. Beat the egg white in a bowl, until it gets foamed. To the beaten egg white add egg yolk, milk, salt and again beat them for about 10 minutes.

3. Take a wide vessel, boil water in it and then add the egg mixture in the water. Cook it until the eggs get boiled then remove them from the water and cut them into equal pieces.

4. Take a frying pan, heat ghee in it,. Fry the cashew nuts until get brown. Now add onions, grounded paste, salt and fry it for few minutes. Add some water and keep it to cook.

5. Then add the egg pieces and cook until the gravy gets thickens. Now it is ready to serve. Serve it with paratha or plain rice.
