Eggless Mawa Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1. Maida (1 1/2c)
2. softened butter (3/4c)
3. milk powder (5tbsp)
4. baking powder (1tsp)
5. green cardamom powder (1/4tsp)
6. milk (2tbsp)
7. buttermilk (1/4c)
8. soda bicarbonate (1tsp)
9. corn flour (2tbsp)
10. powdered sugar (3/4c)
11. crumbled mawa (1 1/2tbsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Take moulds or paper cups and grease them. Take a bowl, add butter and powdered sugar in it and cream together with a wooden spoon.

2. Sieve the milk powder into the bowl and mix it. Then add mawa and mix it again. Now sieve the refined flour, buttermilk, baking powder, soda bicarbonate, corn flour, and green cardamom into the bowl and mix them well. Add butter to correct the consistency.

3. If the batter is still thick then add the milk and mix it. Now pour this mixture into the paper cups or moulds. Place them in the preheated oven and bake them for 30 minutes at 170 degrees c.

4. After baking take out them from the oven and keep them to cool before demoulding the cakes. Serve them hot or cold.
