Fish In Mustard Sauce Recipe

White fish fillets (2), finely chopped spring onions (2), turmeric powder (1/2tsp), salt (1/2tsp), oil (3tbsp).
For Mustard Sauce:- Corn flour (1tbsp), milk (1c), Dijon mustard (3tbsp), butter (1tbsp) and salt (to taste).
Method Of Preparation:-
Clean the fillets and cut into serving pieces. Take a bowl, put fish pieces in it and add salt and turmeric powder. Keep it aside to marinate for about ½ an hour. Take a pan, heat oil in it and put the fish pieces in the pan and keep them to cook by stirring occasionally. Cook it until the fish flakes easily. Remove and then drain the fish fillets. Take a casserole and place the fish fillets in it. Heat oil in a pan, add corn flour and then mix it continuously until it becomes smooth. Add milk and stir. Cook it until it gets thick. Add mustard and salt and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Now take off the pan from heat. Pour the mustard sauce over the fillets. Then garnish the fish with chopped spring onions.
