Funky Falooda Kulfi Recipe

1. Fresh milk (500ml)
2. grated khoya (100gms)
3. sweet biscuits powdered (2)
4. condensed milk (400gms)
5. china grass (tsp)
6. badam, pista, kesar, elaichi (to taste)
7. color and essence of your choice (few drops)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a pan, heat fresh milk in it until it boils down to half of its original quatity. Add khoya and condensed milk in the boiling milk. Add China grass and then immediately remove the pan from the heat. Keep it to cool.
2. When it cools down then add the biscuits powder, badam, elaichi, pista, color and essence. Beat it in a mixer and then pour the mixture in the kulfi molds.
3. Place the molds in the freezer and deep freeze them for 1 hour after that turn the kulfi molds upside down. Keep it for 4-6 hours till ready to serve. The time taken should be depend on the efficiency of the refrigerator.
