Green Pulao Recipe

Ingredients
Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves (1bunch), boiled rice (2c), fresh mint leaves (a handful), oil (4tsp), green chilies (8), finely chopped onions (2), garlic and ginger paste (1tsp), green peas (a handful), garam masala (1tsp), boiled potatoes – fried in oil and salt (to taste).

Method of preparation:-
Taken coriander leaves, green chilies and mint leaves. Put them in a grinder and then grind them with a little water and keep it aside. Take a pan, heat oil in it. Fry the onions in it until get golden brown, add garam masala, garlic and ginger paste in it. Fry them until the oil gets separate and then add the ground Ingredients with a little water. Cook it until it gets thickens. Add salt to taste and then add green peas and the fried potatoes. Now add the cooked rice in the pan then add the masala. Mix the rice with the masala and then serve with any veg or non veg dish.
