Kadai Gosht Recipe

Meat (1/2kg), garlic paste (1tsp), ginger paste (1tsp), chopped tomato (6-7), roasted and grounded whole coriander (1tsp), roasted and grounded whole cumin seeds (1tsp), green chillies (12-15), yogurt (1/2c), oil (1/2c), red chilly powder (1-2tsp), coriander leaves (for garnishing) and salt (to taste).
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a kadai, heat oil in it. Fry green chillies until the color gets changes slightly. Now take out the chillies from oil and keep them aside. Add mutton to the oil and fry it until it the color gets changes. Take out the mutton from the kadai and keep it aside. Add ginger and garlic paste and chopped tomatoes to the oil. Cook it until the tomatoes get soft and then add mutton, red chili powder and salt. Add yogurt and keep it to cook until the oil comes out on the surface. Add cumin, green chilies, coriander and chopped ginger and close the lid. Keep it to cook on very low heat for about 5 minutes. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Now the kadai gosht is ready.
