Paneer Bhare Papad

Moongdal papads (4), grated cottage cheese or paneer (1/2c), oil (for deep frying), finely chopped capsicum (1), finely chopped coriander leaves (2tbsp), green chillies (2), chaat masala (1tsp), salt (to taste), finely chopped onion (1medium).
Method Of Preparation:-
Take papads and break them into halves. Take a bowl; mix all the Ingredients in it properly to make stuffing. Roast the papad one by one. Roll the hot papad to make cylinders of about ½ inch diameter. Fill them with stuffing mixture and serve them immediately Or apply water or milk on papad. Put the stuffing mixture on one side and roll it cylindrically and then deep fry them in hot oil. Drain them and serve them.
