1. Pistachios (1 1/2c)
2. sugar (1c)
3. milk (5c)
4. green cardamom powder (2tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take pistachios; keep them in warm water in a bowl for sometime to blanch them. Then grind one cup of pista with a little milk to make a coarse paste. Silver the remaining pistachios.
2. Take a pan, place it over heat and then heat the milk in it and then keep it to boil. Now reduce the heat to low and keep it to simmer until it reduces slightly. Add the pista paste in the boiled milk and cook it until it gets thickens.
3. Add sugar in the milk and mix it properly until the sugar gets dissolve. Now add the green cardamom powder and again mix it. Take off the pan of milk from the heat and then pour the pista milk into the glasses and then serve it hot.
Cooking time – 20 minutes
