Yellow Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (3 3/4c)
2. butter (1c)
3. eggs (3)
4. baking powder (2 1/4tsp)
5. white sugar (2 1/2c)
6. buttermilk (2 1/2c)
7. baking soda (2 1/2tsp)
8. vanilla extract (1 1/2tsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees f. Take two baking pans, grease and flour them.

2. Take a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder in it and then keep it aside. Take a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until it gets light anf fluffy. Beat eggs in it one at a time and then add vanilla. Beat the flour mixture alternately with buttermilk.

3. Now pour the batter into the prepared baking pans. Place the pans in preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes. Insert the tooth pick in the center of the cake if it comes out clean then the cake is baked.

4. Take out the pans from oven and keep to cool. Now the yellow cake is ready to serve.
