Grilled Skirt Steak With Guajillo Chili Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
Skirt steaks, seasoned and grilled to medium (6 or 10oz), oil (1/4c), water (4c), guajillo chilies (10), black pepper (1tsp), cumin (2tsp), chopped fresh garlic (1/2c), chopped white onion (2c), Mexican oregano (1/4c).

Method of Preparation:-
Take a saute pan, lightly saute the chilies in dry toast pan. Soak them in water and remove the stems and then drain them. Take a sauce pan, heat oil in it over high heat. Saute onion and garlic in it until get browned. Add oregano, cumin, salt chilies, pepper and water in the pan. Keep it to simmer and then cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Keep the mixture to cool and then blend it to smooth. Put this in 6 plates and then serve with skirt steaks.
