Layered Mexican Club Salad Recipe

Ingredients
For Bacon Dressing:-    Low–salt bacon, coked, drained and crumbled (1pkg. or 12 oz), reduced-calorie mayonnaise (1c), ground cumin (1 1/2tsp), sliced black olives, drained (1can or 2 1/4oz), salsa (1/2c).
For Salad:-    Peeled and sliced avocado (1 optional), sour dough roll cubed (1small or 3 to 4 oz), green red and yellow bell pepper (1large each), chopped chicken and turkey, cooked (1 1/2c), sliced green onions (6 to 8), chopped tomatoes (2large), shredded lettuce (6c).

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large bowl, mix olives, cumin, bacon, mayonnaise and salsa in it. Mix it well. Take a salad bowl. First spread the layer of lettuce, second layer of tomatoes, third layer of green onions, fourth layer of chicken, fifth layer of bell pepper and the sixth layer of bread cubes. Now over the top layer spread the half of the bacon dressing. Place the left over dressing in the refrigerator by covering it. Cover the bowl of the salad and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Next day take out the salad bowl from the refrigerator and garnish the salad with slices of avocado before serving.
