Mexican Coffee Liqueur Cookies Recipe

1. White flour (2c)
2. baking soda (1tsp)
3. egg (1)
4. vanilla (1tsp)
5. kahlua or other coffee lique (1/2c)
6. maple syrup (2/3c)
7. nuts (1/2c)
8. oats (1/2c)
9. mint chocolate chips (1 1/2c)
10. butter (1/2c)
11. cream (1/2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take ungreased cookie sheets.
2. Take a large bowl; add cream, butter, kahlua, maple syrup and vanilla in it. Beat all these ingredients to get smooth cream. Mix egg in it and then add the flour in it in three parts. Now put oats and baking soda in it. Mix each part of flour properly with your hands to make soft dough. Now add mint chips and nuts in it.
3. Place the dough on the ungreased cookies sheets with spoon. Place the sheets in oven and bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookies turn golden brown in color.
4. Take out the cookies from oven and cool them on rack and then store in air tight container.
Makes about 48 cookies
