Mexican Pizza Recipe

1. Bisquick (1 1/2 c.)
2. corn meal (1 tsp.)
3. ground beef (1/2 lb.)
4. chilly powder (1 tsp.)
5. oregano dried (1/2 tsp.)
6. Monterey Jack shredded (4 ounces or 1c.)
7. tomatoes chopped and drained (1/4c.)
8. chopped, drained green chilies (4 oz.)
9. boiling water (1/4 c.)
10. finely chopped, garlic clove (1 small)
11. chopped onion (1/4 c.)
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven at 350 degrees F. Take a pizza pan, grease it and sprinkle the corn meal on it.
2. Take a bowl. Mix Bisquick and water in it to form soft dough. Put the mixture on the surface dusted with baking mix. Roll in dough on this surface and then shape the dough into ball and knead it 10 times.
3. Press the dough on the pan and bake it for about 10 minutes. Take a sauce pan. Cook ground beef, onions, garlic, oregano and chilly powder in a pan until it gets brown and then drain it.
4. Put cheese, chilies and tomatoes into the beef mixture. Bake it for about 10 minutes until the cheese gets hot and bubbly.
