Ground beef (2lbs), tortillas 912), diced medium onion (1/2), diced bell pepper (1/2), garlic powder (1tsp), cumin 91tsp), paprika (2tbsp), chili powder (2tbsp), salt (1tsp).
Method of Preparation:-
Take 2 quart. Sauce pan, add ground beef, chili powder, garlic, salt, cumin, paprika in it. Add enough water to cover the meat. Keep it to boil and then simmer it over medium low heat about an hour. Then add chopped onion and bell pepper and cook it for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Soft Beef Tacos:- Take a frying pan, heat oil in it. Cook corn tortillas, one at a time in hot oil until it gets soft for about 10 to 15 minutes and then drain it. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef in the center of each tortilla. Fold the tortilla over meat and then roll it up like enchilada.
