Choco Coffee Pudding Recipe

A mouth watering delicacy served with chocolate sauce.
INGREDIENTS
For 1st Layer
7-9 slices milk bread,1 tbsp drinking chocolate,1 tbsp instant coffee,3 tbsp milk,1 tbsp sugar,1/4 tbsp vanilla essence or cochineal
For 2nd Layer
1 tbsp gelatine crystals,1/2 cup water,2 tbsp sugar,1 tbsp curd,1/2 litre vanilla ice cream,1 tbsp grated milk chocolate,chocolate sauce
Method of Preparation
1st Layer
Dry-grind broken bread in a mixie and to it add coffee icing sugar,vanilla essence and the chocolate powder.Mix them thoroughly to get fine crumbs.Take a casserole and rinse it with cold water.Add the crumbs to this casserole and press down gently with hand to make it even.Place it in a chiller for 1 hour after sprinkiling some milk over it.
2nd Layer
Take water in  a crucible(thick) and to it add some sugar and gelatine.Place it for 5-7 mins undisturbed.After placing it for the required time,gently warm it on a low flame with continous stirring so that crystals are completely removed and water is clear.Beat the chilled ice cream with chilled ice cube tray water.Put curds and gelatin solution in it and stir for a while until it becomes thick and gives a creamy appearance.
Pour over the layer of bread,decorate it with grated chocolate after freezing it for awhile.Serve with chocolate sauce.
